Product information
GePi angles were developed as part of a close collaboration between Pitzl Metallbau GmbH & Co. KG and Getzner Werkstoffe. The result is a connection system that combines maximum load-bearing capacity, sound insulation and safety – specially designed for the requirements of modern timber construction.
The combination of precise steel construction and Sylodyn® technology gives GePi angles exceptional performance. The elastic decoupling enables a sound bridge-free connection and reduces the transmission of vibrations and oscillations to a minimum.
A particular advantage is also evident in dynamic loads: GePi angles are characterised by energy-absorbing and damage-free behaviour under cyclic stresses – an added safety feature that has been impressively confirmed in practical tests.
