Wall support with variable spacer
Select Variable spacer

Product information

A telescopic, 3-part support solution with variable spacer from 1300 to 1970 mm. The combination of interlocking tubular profiles and integrated fine adjustment via a right/left thread allows the length to be quickly adjusted and precisely set.

The galvanised finish protects the surface and allows for use in typical construction site environments.

The required number of wall supports must be determined on a project-specific basis, taking wind loads into account.

Mounting instructions

  1. Determining wind load:
Before you start assembly, determine the wind load at the installation site. This is the only way to calculate the required number of wall supports.
  2. Telescopic length adjustment
First, position the wall support horizontally. Adjust the length by moving the 45/45 tube and the 40/40 tube. If necessary, adjust the length between the 40/40 tube and the 35/35 tube.
  3. Safety check
After adjusting the length, check that the magnetic safety bolts are correctly seated to ensure that the tubes are securely connected.
  4. Leaning against the component
Lean the wall support against the component at a recommended angle of 45° (30° to 60°) to ensure optimum stability.
  5. Fastening to a wooden wall/ceiling
Fastening the wall support with the calculated number of pan head screws (6 x 60 mm). A maximum of eight fasteners can be used.
  6. Fastening to the foundation/concrete
Up to three 12 mm diameter concrete anchors can be used for fastening to concrete. Dimensioning according to the anchor manufacturer's specifications.
  7. Fine adjustment
The wall support is finely adjusted using the right/left thread to achieve the exact position.
