System Connector Pitzl RIGID – Easily Realise Rigid Frame Corners
The Pitzl RIGID system connector enables a cost-effective and practical execution of rigid column-to-beam connections. Designers and contractors benefit from a clear, easy-to-install solution for frame corners in timber construction.
The combination of the proven, high-performance HVP connector with an optimally coordinated tension plate reliably replaces the traditional knee brace in carport construction. This results in clean structural designs, a reduced number of components, and simplified installation.
In larger versions, the connection system is also suitable for use in hall construction, providing a high-performance solution for rigid frame structures.
Der HVP-Verbinder wird an Stütze und Riegel montiert.
Zur Montage werden zunächst die Stützen gestellt. Anschließend wird der Riegel mithilfe des HVP-Verbinders in die Stützen eingehängt.
Im nächsten Schritt wird das Zugblech auf der Oberseite der Rahmenecke montiert und verschraubt. Das Zugblech kann wahlweise eingefräst oder aufliegend angebracht werden.
