Step 1

Before you start working, read the assembly instruction carefully

Step 2

Check whether the supplied materials fit your installation plan.

Make sure about the exact location of the elastomers.

Step 3

Prepare the substrate according to the design specifications (eg setting bar) and mark the storage positions.

Step 4

Cut materials to the desired length according to the layout or installation plan.

Step 5

Optionally, the bearings can now be fixed with spray adhesive or mechanically to prevent slippage during the displacement process of the wood elements.

Attention: Mechanical fasteners must be at least 3 mm below the material surface

Step 6

Laying the bearings according to the installation plan. The bearings can be stumped.

Attention: airtightness is only given for a clean installation.

Step 7

Moving the wood elements

Attention: If the elastomers are not fastened, care should be taken when shifting that the bearings are not displaced.

Step 8

Strong connections between the decoupled elements must also be decoupled.
(eg GePi 240)

Step 9

Fittings must be pre-drilled. To decouple the screw use elastic washers.

Step 10

It is also important to ensure a continuous separation or elastic decoupling of the adjacent components (facade, eave plate).

Attention: Continuous elements can create secondary sound paths.

Step 11

Repeat this procedure on all other outstanding levels
